Business Networking Event with Indian Textile Businesspeople: 17-06-2019

The Embassy of India in Lisbon, in association with the Portuguese Entrepreneurial Association (AEP), is organising a 'Business Networking Event with Indian Textile Businesspeople' on Monday, 17 June 2019 at 19h00 at Hotel Crowne Plaza,Porto (Av. da Boavista 1466, 4100-114 Porto). The event is organised for a visiting Indian trade delegation from the Textile Promotion Council of India (TEXPROCIL), which will arrive in Portugal to interact with their local counterparts and explore business opportunities.

The flow of programme is as follows:

India Business Opportunities Seminar in Porto: 26-03-2019

The Embassy of India in Lisbon, in association with AEP, is organising an ‘India Business Opportunities Seminar’ on Tuesday, 26 March 2019, at the AEP Headquarters in Porto (Av. Dr. António Macedo 196, 4450-617 Leça da Palmeira), with the support of major Indian trade entities - the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). The purpose of the Seminar is to reach out to Portuguese businesses and financial institutions to make them aware of business and investment opportunities available in India.

Following addresses by the President of AEP and the Ambassador of India, representatives from the CII and the FICCI will make presentations on opportunities in India for Portuguese businesspeople. Afterwards, an expert on legal and taxation issues will be available to answer specific questions and queries, and finally a few Portuguese businesspeople will share their experiences on doing business in India.
