Revised Visa Fees

The following rates of visa fees are effective from April 01, 2024.
All fees mentioned below are in Euros.
The visa fee is exclusive of Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges of Euros 3 and postal charges of Euros 4 (for returning the passport to the applicant by post) which will be charged accordingly even in cases of gratis visa categories.
All visa fees once paid are non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of the visa application and duration granted. Fee should be deposited only after ascertaining all relevant details of the visa, as applicable to the purpose of travel.
The duration and number of entries granted to the applicant will be solely at the discretion of the Embassy.

Transfer of Visa:

When Indian Visa affixed on an old passport is transferred on a new passport, a fee of Euro 5 will be charged.
This fee will not be charged from the nationals of Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan and of the countries mentioned below in point regarding Gratis Visas.
In case of U.K. nationals, visa transfer fee is Euros 140.
In case of Russian nationals, visa transfer fee is Euros 34.

Gratis Visas:

All types of visas will be issued gratis to the nationals of Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Jamaica, Maldives, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar and South Africa.
In respect of Seychelles nationals, all types of visas except for work/employment visa may be issued on gratis basis.
Only Business, Tourist and Transit visas will be issued on gratis basis to the nationals of Argentina. Normal visa fee is applicable for all other types of visas.Only Tourist visas will to be issued on gratis basis to the nationals of Uruguay. Normal visa fee is applicable for all other types of visas.
Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges of Euros 3 and postal charges will be charged accordingly even in cases of gratis visa categories except from nationals of Myanmar. In respect of Myanmar nationals, Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) fee will not be charged. However, postal charges will be charged if they opt for return of passport via post.

Visa Free Countries: Nationals of Nepal and Bhutan do not require visa to enter India. However, nationals of Nepal require visa, if they enter India from China, which may be granted gratis.
Visa fee for Pakistani Nationals: A fee of Euros 2 should be charged from Pakistani nationals for an Indian visa of all types.
Special Visa Fee Categories: In view of the existing bilateral agreements/arrangements, visa fee in respect of following countries will be as follows:
Singaporean Nationals: The charges for Tourist visa (multiple entry) and valid for up to six months in respect of Singapore nationals will be Euros 23. However, fee for all other types of visas will be same as mentioned in normal visa fee structure.
Japanese Nationals: A fee of Euro 1 for transit visa and Euro 8 for all other types of visas will be charged from Japanese Nationals.

Nigerian Nationals: A uniform fee of Euros 534 will be charged for all types of visas valid for any duration from the nationals of Nigeria.
USA Nationals:

A fee of Euros 146 (inclusive of visa application fee) will be charged for tourist visa for a maximum period up to 10 years from the nationals of USA
Fee for all other types of visas will be same as mentioned in normal visa fee structure.
In all cases of visas, an additional visa application fee of Euro 19 (except for tourist visa and business visa) will be charged from the nationals of USA

Ukrainian Nationals: The fee for Ukrainian nationals for different types of visas will be as follows

Gratis Business & Employment Visa for Least Developed Countries (LDCs) Applicants:

Only Business and employment visas to the applicants from Least Developed Countries (LDCs) will be issued on gratis basis. However, please note that Indian Community Welfare Fund (ICWF) charges of Euros 3 will be charged from business and employment visas applicants as well.
Fee for all other types of visas will be same as applicable as mentioned above.
