Certification Course in Wildlife management- Wildlife Institute of India ( Last Date 30th September)

Wildlife Institute of India, an Autonomous Institution under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India, which has been conducting three months Certificate Course in Wildlife Management for in-service Range Forest Officer, Deputy Range Officer or Officers of equivalent ranks. The course is designed to enhance capacity building of those in-service Officers working within wildlife and natural resource management sectors of the Government and private organization with interest in wildlife conservation and management. A number of forest officials from neighboring countries as well as others from Asia and Africa have been participating in these courses in the past.

The next three months Certificate Course in Wildlife Management is scheduled to commence from 01.11.2020 at the Wildlife Institute of India in (my hometown) of Dehradun which is located in the biodiversity hotspot of the Himalayas. The Institute would like to get the nominations of interested participants for the said course from Portugal. Please note that this is a paid course for all the participants. The course fee is US$ 6600 and this has to be borne by the Sponsoring Agencies. This covers expenses to tuition fee, accidental insurance, field gears / equipments, stationary, books, study material, boarding & lodging charges and field exercise etc. The medical reimbursements of concerned Officer Trainees during the course will be borne by their Sponsoring Agency.
