The Portuguese Government’s online platform BASE lists public tenders (‘concursos’):
http://www.base.gov.pt/Base/en/Homepage.

In order to look up these, please type in relevant terms in Portuguese (e.g. “concursos” or “projeto”) in the search bar and click on the search tab. Beware that information on specific projects is usually given only in Portuguese. Please see the website itself for further information.
