Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) is organizing the 4th Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial International Oration (2021) on “Insights into India’s Culinary Traditions” on the occasion of World Culture Day on 21 May 2021 in virtual mode. The event will be live-streamed on the ICCR and Embassy social media handles.  An eminent international expert on Indian cuisine and a writer on food in India, Dr Colleen Taylor Sen will deliver the Oration . The Oration will be followed by a panel discussion with participants of eminent  Indian food specialists, critics and writers.
