Ambassador offers Ayurveda books to AMAYUR (20.07.2019)

On 20 July, Ambassador of India to Portugal H.E. Mrs. K. Nandini Singla offered 50 copies of the Ayurveda book 'Astanga Hrdayam' to AMAYUR (Portuguese Association of Ayurveda Medicine) and its students. 

The students profile included allopathic doctors (endocrinologist and orthopedic), working mothers and fathers, and people from various Portuguese cities and other foreign countries such as Luxembourg. Astanga Hrdayam is a seminal work of V?gbhata who was one of the most influential classical writers of Ayurveda.
