CIENCIA 2017 Annual Portuguese SampT Meeting, Lisbon, 3-5 Jul 2017

For the first time, Portugal invited a Guest Country for the Annual Portuguese Science Congress and gave that honour to India.
Ambassador of India to Portugal H.E. Mrs. K. Nandini Singla talked about the role of Science in Diplomacy, Diplomacy with Science. 
The Indian delegation of scientists from Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) and National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) participated in the three day event.
